1. Booking Agreement
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Urban Stay Homes Kenya.
A reservation is only considered confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
2. Guest Eligibility
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
The person making the reservation is responsible for all guests staying at the property.
3. Property Use
Properties may only be used for lawful residential accommodation purposes.
Guests agree not to:
- Host unauthorized parties or events
- Engage in illegal activities
- Disturb neighbors or surrounding residents
- Exceed the maximum occupancy limit
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated during the booking process.
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Payments
Payment may be accepted through M-Pesa, bank transfer, card payments, or other approved payment methods.
All prices displayed are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
6. Property Condition
Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition throughout their stay.
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
7. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
- Their personal belongings
- Any damage caused by themselves or their guests
- Compliance with all property rules
Urban Stay Homes Kenya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
8. Security and Safety
Guests must secure doors, windows, and valuables during their stay.
Guests should immediately report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage.
9. Limitation of Liability
Urban Stay Homes Kenya shall not be liable for:
- Accidents or injuries occurring during a stay
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Service interruptions beyond our control
- Events caused by natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure circumstances
10. Website Information
While we strive to ensure accurate property descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate stays that violate these Terms & Conditions.
