Guests will have the entire space to themselves.
Other things to note
– All rooms have ceiling fans (free to use- included in the fee).
– AC use in the bedrooms is optional at an extra charge of 25$ per night payable on-site. We do not include this in the listing fee because majority of our guests prefer using the included ceiling fans and paying a lower price.
– Strictly no parties – this is a peaceful, family-oriented residence.
– No smoking in the apartment.
– We do not provide beach towels.
– Complimentary housekeeping provided after every 3 days (except Sundays).
